【Abstract】 Zeiss LSM 880 with Airyscan is a laser scanning confocal microscopy( LSCM) characterized by multifunction,higher resolution and high efficiency. In this paper,the principle of LSCM,the advanced functions and daily management of LSM 880 with Airyscan were introduced in detail based on the experience of use and management from our lab. Some superior functions,such as higher resolution scanning with Airyscan, long-term multi-field imaging acquisition with multi-scene, Experiment Designer,fluorescence recovery after photobleaching( FREP),spectral scanning/unmixing,fluorescence resonance energy transfer( FRET),Tile Scan,Line Scan and tips for fast imaging acquisitions were summarized which is expected to provide useful reference for instrument manager or user.更多还原
