镁离子/蔗糖体系中碳酸钙结晶的仿生合成初步研究
A preliminary study on biomimetic synthesis of calcium carbonate crystals in magnesium ion/sucrose system
【摘要】 碳酸钙是生物矿化主要无机体系之一,研究其矿化机理可为仿生合成新型材料提供理论依据和新的合成途径。本研究选用蔗糖和镁离子作为添加剂,研究其在碳酸钙生成过程中的调控作用,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和同步热分析仪对实验结果进行表征。初步研究结果表明:蔗糖能诱导片状文石生成;镁离子能抑制方解石的形成,同时诱导梭状文石生成;蔗糖和镁离子协同作用下,诱导生成枝状和片状文石。
【Abstract】 Calcium carbonate is one of the main inorganic systems of biological mineralization. The study of its mineralization mechanism can provide theoretical basis and new synthesis path for bionic synthesis of new materials. In this study,sucrose and magnesium ions were used as additives to study their regulation effects on the synthesis process of calcium carbonate,and the experimental results were characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),Fourier infrared spectrometer( ft-ir),X-ray diffraction( XRD) and synchronous thermal analyzer. The results show that sucrose can induce schist formation. Magnesium ions can inhibit the formation of calcite and induce the formation of fusiform aragonite. In cooperation with sucrose and magnesium ions,dendritic and flaky aragonite are induced.
