Ni-Mo-Cr高温合金中Ni2(Mo,Cr)超点阵相显微结构的研究
Study on the microstructure of Ni2(Mo,Cr) superlattice phase in an Ni-Mo-Cr superalloy
【摘要】 本文利用扫描电镜和透射电镜,对Ni-20Mo-10Cr(at.%)高温合金中纳米级Ni2(Cr,Mo)超点阵析出相进行了系统的电子显微学分析,发现Ni2(Mo,Cr)超点阵相和基体γ相之间存在两种特定的取向关系,分别是:[010]Ni2(Mo,Cr)//[001]γ,(002)Ni2(Mo,Cr)//(220)γ和[111]Ni2(Mo,Cr)//[112]γ,(011)Ni2(Mo,Cr)//(311)γ。
【Abstract】 The Ni-20 Mo-10 Cr(at.%) superalloy is thermal exposure at 800 ℃ for 20 h. Plenty of nanometer-sized Ni2(Mo,Cr) superlattice phases precipitated, in which Mo or Cr atoms occupied every three(220)Ni planes regularly. The orientation relationships between the precipitates and the Ni-Mo-Cr matrix are determined as [010]Ni2(Mo,Cr)//[001]γ,(002)Ni2(Mo,Cr)//(220)γ and [111]Ni2(Mo,Cr)//[112]γ,(011)Ni2(Mo,Cr)//(311)γ using transmission electron microscopy.
