【摘要】 "5+3"一体化临床医学人才培养是培养高水平高素质临床医师而实施的新模式。该模式将本科教育、执业医师资格考试、住院医师规范化培训、临床医学专业学位硕士研究生教育有机结合,实现医学教育与住院医师规范化培训有效衔接。笔者通过文献研究,从临床医学"5+3"一体化人才培养模式的研究背景、意义、培养方案及构建地方医学院校"5+3"一体化人才培养模式的具体措施等方面阐述,探索出具有少数民族地方特色的标准化、规范化医学人才培养模式,为西部欠发达地区构建"5+3"一体化临床医学人才培养模式提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "5+3" integrated clinical medical personnel training is a new model of trianing high-quality clinicians. This model combines undergraduate education, qualification examination for medical practitioners, standardized training for resident doctors, and postgraduate education of professional degree in clinical medicine, effectively connecting medical education with standardized training of resident physicians. Through literature research, the author expounds from the research background, significance, training program of the "5+3" integrated talent training mode of clinical medicine and the specific measures for constructing the "5+3" integrated talent training mode of local medical colleges and universities, to explore a standardized and standardized medical personnel training mode with local characteristics of ethnic minorities, and to provide a theoretical reference for the construction of "5+3" integrated clinical medical personnel training mode in underdeveloped western regions.更多还原
