水煤浆气化灰对水中染料吸附性能的研究
Study on Adsorption Performance of Dyes in Water by Water-coal Slurry Gasification Ash
【摘要】 为实现水煤浆气化灰的高附加值利用,选取一典型水煤浆气化灰,对其进行组成和形貌分析,并考察其对碱性染料亚甲基蓝和酸性染料酸性品红的吸附性能.结果表明:水煤浆气化灰主要由多孔残炭和透辉石矿物组成,研磨活化后其对酸碱性染料均具有良好的吸附性能. 100 mg/L染料废水的最优吸附条件为:气化灰投加量为3 g/L,吸附时间为60 min,吸附温度为60℃,亚甲基蓝的最大吸附率为99.96%,酸性品红的最大吸附率为95.42%.
【Abstract】 In order to develop high value-added utilization of water-coal slurry gasification ash,a typical water-coal slurry gasification ash was selected,and its composition and morphology were analyzed. The adsorption performance of the basic dye of methylene blue and acid dye of acid fuchsin on ash was investigated. The results show that the gasification ash of coal water slurry is mainly composed of porous carbon residue and diopside. The gasification ash shows good adsorption performance for dyes after grinding activation. The optimal adsorption conditions for 100 mg/L dye wastewater are that ash dosage is 3 g/L,adsorption time is 60 min and adsorption temperature is 60 °C. The maximum adsorption rates of methylene blue and acid fuchsin are 99.96 % and 95.42 %,respectively.
