高固含量银浆用银粉的研究

【摘要】 建立了银浆固含量与银粉振实密度之间的对应关系。采用化学液相法制备银粉,分析了还原剂、分散剂和改性剂对银粉性能的影响。经试验得出的组合是选用抗坏血酸为还原剂,明胶为分散剂,蓖麻油为改性剂,且蓖麻油用量在0.2%~0.25%。该组合制备出的银粉振实密度可达5.4 g/cm3,用该银粉可制备固含量高达88%的银浆,浆料性能优良。

【Abstract】 The corresponding relationship between the solid content of silver paste and the tap density of silver powder was established. Silver powder was prepared by chemical liquid phase method, and the effects of reducing agent, dispersant and modifier on the properties of silver powder were analyzed. The test results show that the combination of ascorbic acid as reducing agent, gelatin as dispersant and castor oil as modifier is selected, and the dosage of castor oil is 0.2%~0.25%. The tap density of silver powder prepared by this combination is 5.4 g/cm3, and silver paste with solid content up to 88% can be prepared with this silver powder, the silver paste has excellent properties.
