自主研发、技术引进对区域创新绩效影响的门限效应
Threshold Effect of Independent R&D and Technology Introduction on Regional Innovation Performance
【摘要】 运用我国2006—2016年工业企业省际面板数据,以自主研发资本投入和技术引进资本投入分别作为核心解释变量,以对外开放水平作为门限变量,构建静态面板门限回归模型。探究不同对外开放水平下,自主研发和技术引进对创新产出影响的差异性。结果表明:自主研发和技术引进对创新绩效的影响均存在对外开放水平的双重门限效应。随着对外开放程度的提升,自主研发和技术引进对创新产出的影响都是呈"U"型的先减后增。自主研发对创新产出一直有显著的促进作用,而技术引进在中等对外开放水平下对产出具有负效应。
【Abstract】 Based on the provincial panel data of industrial enterprises in China during 2006—2016, this paper constructs a static panel threshold regression model with independent R&D capital investment and technology import capital investment as the core explanatory variables, and taking the open level as the threshold variable, to explore the differences of independent R&D and technology import on innovation output under different levels of opening up. The results show that the impact of independent R&D and technology import on innovation performance has double threshold effect of opening level. With the improvement of the opening level, the influence of independent R&D and technology introduction on innovation output is first decreased and then increased, presenting positive U-type. Independent R&D has a significant role in promoting innovation output, while technology import has negative effect on output at medium opening level.
