秦岭野生斑羚死亡原因调查

【摘要】 2017年至2018年冬春季,秦岭山区内发现多具野生斑羚尸体。为了解这些野生斑羚的死因,采集了8具斑玲尸体的皮肤样品,并对其中2具未腐败的尸体进行了病理剖检,同时对各保护区进行了走访调查。结合组织病理学、细菌学和寄生虫学的检查,结果显示这些死亡的斑羚均患有严重的疥螨感染并导致全身皮肤损伤,肺脏、肝脏和淋巴结均有明显的炎症反应,肺脏的细菌学检查结果为大肠埃希菌感染。进一步调查显示,冬春季秦岭野生斑羚大量死亡案例已存在10多年并在继续扩大,但一直未有明确诊断结果。研究结果表明,野生斑羚死亡的原因是由于疥螨感染并继发细菌感染导致。根据以往的记录描述,死亡的斑羚尸体均有相似的体表症状,认为疥螨病是多年来秦岭地区斑羚大量死亡的重要原因,其具体的传播机制有待深入探讨。

【Abstract】 In the winter and spring of 2017-2018,some dead wild gorals were found in the Qinling Mountains.In order to reveal the death cause of these gorals,we cellected 8 goral skin samples and examained 2 gorals by autopsy.At the same time,we conducted a survey in the reserves of the Qinling Mountains.Combined with histopathology,bacteriology and parasitology,the results showed that these gorals had severe sarcoptic mange infections and skin damages throughout the body.There were obvious inflammatory reactions in lungs,liver and lymph nodes.Bacteriological examination of lung showed Escherichia coli infection.Further investigation showed that similar cases existed for more than a decade in the wild gorals of Qinling Mountains in winter and spring and were continually expanding,but there has been no definite diagnosis.Our results indicated that dead causes of wild gorals were sarcoptic mange infection and secondary bacterial infection.According to past records,the dead gorals had similar symptoms.Therefore,sarcoptic mange is an important cause of goral death in the Qinling Mountains for many years,and its specific transmission mechanism is worth researching further.
