热应激对家禽肠道结构与功能影响的研究概况
Overview of Effects of Heat Stress on Structure and Function of Intestine in Poultry
【摘要】 热应激是制约家禽养殖业发展的重要环境因素,严重影响家禽的生长发育及健康。一方面,热应激会导致家禽肠道组织结构受损,破坏肠黏膜完整性;另一方面,热应激造成家禽肠道的消化吸收功能、抗氧化功能和肠黏膜屏障功能等生理功能障碍。高温条件下,热休克蛋白(HSPs)的合成增加,以缓解热应激对机体造成的损伤。论文对热应激状态下家禽肠道组织结构和生理功能的影响及热休克蛋白的保护作用进行综述,为家禽肠道热应激方面的研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Heat stress is an important environmental factor that restricts the development of poultry breeding industry and seriously affects the growth,development and health of poultry.On the one hand,heat stress can cause damage to the intestinal structure of poultry and the integrity of intestinal mucosa.On the other hand,heat stress causes physiological dysfunction such as intestinal digestion and absorption function,antioxidant function and intestinal mucosal barrier function.Under high temperature,the synthesis of heat shock proteins(HSPs) is increased to alleviate the damage caused by heat stress.The effects of heat stress on intestinal structure and function of poultry and the protective effect of HSPs were reviewed,so as to provide a reference for the research on heat stress of poultry intestinal tract.
