副猪嗜血杆菌thyA基因的序列分析
Sequence Analysis of thyA Gene of Haemophilus parasuis
【摘要】 为探究副猪嗜血杆菌thyA基因的遗传特性,针对于分离的副猪嗜血杆菌辽宁分离株的thyA基因进行测序,并运用软件对基因序列及氨基酸序列的同源性等进行分析研究。结果显示,thyA基因在副猪嗜血杆菌辽宁株亲缘性较高,其中基因序列与已公布的参考菌株同源性为95.7%~100%,氨基酸序列同源性为97.2%~100%,预测thyA基因编码蛋白的三级结构,发现thyA毒力基因在副猪嗜血杆菌中保守存在,为揭示thyA基因在副猪嗜血杆菌中功能奠定了一定基础。
【Abstract】 To investigate the genetic characteristics of the thyA gene of Haemophilus parasuis,the thyA gene of Haemophilus parasuis isolate in Liaoning was sequenced,and the homology analysis of the gene sequence and amino acid sequence was performed using software.The results showed that the thyA gene was highly related to the strain of Haemophilus parasuis in Liaoning,and the homology of the gene sequence to the published reference strain was 95.7%-100%,and the amino acid sequence homology was from 97.2%to 100%.The analysis predicted the tertiary structure of the protein encoded by the thyA gene.The thyA virulence gene was found to be conserved in Haemophilus parasuis,laying a foundation for revealing the function of thyA gene in Haemophilus parasuis.
