动力电池组散热系统数值模拟及优化分析

【摘要】 构建了针对电动挖掘机使用的动力电池组方案并着重设计了一款与之匹配的液冷式热交换器结构。利用Ansys软件对热交换器的性能进行分析优化,同时结合Box-Behnken实验设计方法,研究液冷热交换器的主要参数及其交互作用对电池组温度分布的影响,利用Design-Expert软件得到回归方程的预测模型并进行响应面分析,得到动力电池组温度分布的最优条件为:冷却液入口温度303.85 K,入口流量14 g/s,在初步方案上新增进水口位置布置在距原出水口305.94 mm处。

【Abstract】 The paper has constructed a power battery scheme for electric excavator to use and designed a liquid-cooled heat exchanger structure to match the power battery, then using the software Ansys to analyze and optimize the performance of the heat exchanger. At the same time, combined with the experimental design method of Box-Behnken, the main parameters of the liquid-cooled heat exchanger and their interactions on the temperature distribution of the battery were studied. The prediction model of the regression equation was obtained by Design-Expert software and the response surface analysis was performed to obtain the power battery. The conditions of temperature distribution are: the inlet temperature of the coolant is 303.85 K, and the inlet flow rate is 14 g/s. On the preliminary scheme, the position of the new inlet is arranged at 305.94 mm from the original outlet.
