基于导热胶均衡散热的锂电池温度场研究
Research on temperature field of lithium battery based on balanced heat dissipation of heat conduction glue
【摘要】 针对电动汽车动力电池在不同放电倍率下存在温升发热导致的温度分布不均及过热现象,以锂离子电池为研究对象,建立单体电池的发热模型,仿真分析不同放电倍率下的温升情况,并与实验探究的单体电池发热情况进行对比。在验证单体电池发热模型正确的前提下,仿真分析电池模组发热以及在模组间隙填充不同性能的导热胶温度场情况,研究不同导热胶在不同放电工况下的均衡散热效果,结果表明:使用热物性参数较好的导热胶可以明显降低电池的温升与温差,电池温度分布也更加均衡,起到一定的散热效果,这可作为纯电动汽车整个电池包均衡散热性能优化的基础。
【Abstract】 To aim at the phenomenon of uneven temperature distribution and overheating caused by the existing temperature rise and heating under different discharge rate conditions, the lithium-ion battery is taken as a research object to establish the heating model of the battery and simulate the temperature rise under different discharge rate,which compared with the heating of the battery module explored by the experiment. On the premise of validating the correct heating model of battery module, the temperature field of heat conduction glue with different performances filled in the gap of the module was simulated and analyzed, and the balanced heat dissipation effect of different heat conduction glue under different discharge conditions was also studied. The results show that the heat conduction glue with better thermal physical parameters can significantly reduce the temperature rise and temperature difference of the battery, and the temperature distribution of the battery is more balanced, which has a certain heat dissipation effect and can be used as the basis for optimizing the balanced heat dissipation performance of the whole battery pack of pure electric vehicles.
