锂离子电池过充安全性研究

【摘要】 锂离子电池安全性已经严重影响了电动汽车的发展,而过充是导致电动汽车安全问题的主要问题之一。锂离子电池过充安全性研究一方面可以促进锂离子电池安全技术的发展,另一方面也可以推动新能源电动汽车技术的进步。介绍了锂离子电池过充条件下的热特点,总结了现有的过充安全性研究进展,对其改善锂离子电池过充安全性的方法做了分析和总结,针对锂离子电池过充模型中的不足,提出了改进措施,为下一步工作中建立更为完备的锂离子电池过充模型提供参考。

【Abstract】 The safety of lithium-ion batteries has seriously affected the development of electric vehicles, and overcharge is one of the main problems leading to the safety of electric vehicles. Overcharge safety research of lithium-ion batteries can not only promote the development of safety technology of lithium-ion batteries, but also promote the development of new energy electric vehicles. In this paper, the characteristics of the overcharge were analyzed, the research progress of the existing experimental research methods and simulation methods were summarized, and their respective advantages as well as the guidance for lithium ion battery monomer design were analyzed. In addition, the improvement of the model of lithium ion battery was analyzed, providing reference for the establishment of a precise model of the lithium ion battery in the next step.
