动力电池组风冷散热系统优化分析
Analysis of optimization of wind cooling system in power battery
【摘要】 针对某电动车辆动力拟用的锂电池组通过三维建模后用ANSYS、Icepak进行了热力学仿真。结果表明,通过适当增加电池组到风扇距离,采用滤板等优化措施对电池组平均温度的降低和改善电池组均衡性都有很明显的优化,为风冷电池组散热系统优化设计提供了有价值的参考。
【Abstract】 ANSYS and Icepak were used to conduct thermodynamic simulation of lithium battery pack for an electricvehicle after 3 d modeling. The results show that the lower of the average temperature of packs and the improvementof the proportionality of packs are optimized through adding proper grille in proper distance and increasing distancebetween battery pack and fan. This thesis provides a valuable reference for the optimization design of the coolingsystem of the air-cooled battery pack.
