基于PVDF粘结剂的锂离子电池负极粘结力的研究
Study on adhesive force of Li ion battery anode based on the adhesive of PVDF
【摘要】 研究了基于聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粘结剂的锂离子电池负极粘结力的影响因素,主要包括铜箔表面形貌和表面状态、环境水分等因素的影响。通过对不同制备条件负极片粘结力测试及不同状态铜箔表面形貌的扫描电镜测试等,分析了PVDF基负极粘结力差异的原因及环境水分造成PVDF基负极粘结力劣化的机理。
【Abstract】 The affecting factors for the adhesive force of Li ion battery anode based on the adhesive of PVDF werestudied, including the surfacial morphology and state of the copper foils, as well as ambient humidity. The reasonsinducing the difference of adhesive force for electrode prepared with different methods and the mechanism ofdeterioration of the adhesive force for the anode based on the adhesive of PVDF at high ambient humidity werestudied by SEM and adhesive force test, etc.
