双极性电沉积膜层制备的研究进展
Research Progress in Preparation of Layers by Bipolar Electrodeposition
【摘要】 双极性电化学效应是在电解质环境中的导体表面上产生的不对称氧化及还原反应,广泛应用于化学催化、纳米电子器件、传感器和分析检测等各个领域。基于双极性电化学效应的电沉积技术近年来成为制备特色电沉积层的有效方法。本文阐述了双极性电沉积技术的研究进展,涉及双极性电沉积梯度金属层、颗粒表面非对称电沉积层和碳纤维表面双极性电沉积层,分析其优点和存在的问题(包括双极性电沉积层外观、结构性能、应用领域等),并探讨了双极性电沉积层的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 The bipolar electrochemical phenomenon is an asymmetric oxidation and reduction reaction on the surface of a conductor in an electrolyte environment,and is widely used in various fields such as chemical catalysis,nanoelectronic devices,sensors,and analytical detection. Electrodeposition technology based on bipolar electrochemical phenomenon has become an effective method for preparing characteristic electrodeposited layers in recent years. This paper describes the research progress of bipolar electrodeposition technology,involving bipolar electrodeposited gradient metal layer,particle surface asymmetric electrodeposited layer and carbon fiber surface bipolar electrodeposited layer,analyzing its advantages and existing problems(including bipolar electrodeposited layer appearance,structural properties,application areas,etc.),and the development trend of the bipolar electrodeposited layer is discussed.
