铝合金磷钼酸亚铁转化体系工艺研究
Study on the Conversion Process of Ferrous Phosphomolybdate on Aluminum Alloy
【摘要】 本文以磷钼酸亚铁转化体系为研究对象,以点滴时间为判定标准,采用单因素实验研究磷钼酸浓度、Fe2+浓度、NaF浓度、pH值、络合剂浓度、温度、处理时间等因素对铝合金转化膜耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,当磷钼酸浓度为0.030 mol/L、Fe2+为0.004 mol/L、NaF为0.026 mol/L、络合剂为0.00051 mol/L、pH=4、温度为45℃、处理时间为120 min时,能够形成耐蚀能力良好的转化膜,其腐蚀电位为-0.71391 V,腐蚀电流密度为8.7579×108A/cm2。
【Abstract】 In this paper,taking the conversion system of ferrous phosphomolybdate as the research object and the droping time as criterion,the influences of phosphomolybdate concentration,Fe2+ concentration,NaF concentration,pH value,complexant concentration,temperature and treatment time on the corrosion resistance of the aluminum alloy conversion film were studied by single factor experiment. The results showed that when the concentration of phosphomolybdic acid was 0.030 mol/L,Fe2+was 0.004 mol/L,NaF was 0.026 mol/L,complexant was 0.00051 mol/L,pH value was 4,temperature was 45 ℃and treatment time was 120 min,the aluminum alloy conversion film showed a good corrosion resistance,its corrosion potential was-0.71391 V and corrosion current density was 8.7579×10-8 A/cm2.
