【摘要】 目的观察老年远中游离牙列缺失患者应用改良可摘局部义齿的临床效果。方法纳入本院2015年2月至2016年2月收治的80例老年远中游离缺失患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组实施Aker卡环固位体可摘局部义齿修复,观察组实施改良冷弯卡环固位体可摘局部义齿修复。观察对比两组义齿修复满意度及功能指标。结果观察组义齿修复后舒适度、咀嚼功能、美观、固位稳定、食物镶嵌评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组义齿修复后咀嚼功能烧饼、苹果、坚果评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论改良冷弯卡环可摘局部义齿对老年远中游离牙列缺失患者进行修复美观性好、舒适度高,可减少基牙松动现象出现,改善患者咀嚼功能,患者满意度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of modified removable partial dentures in elderly patients with distal removable absence. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with distant free absence were included in the study in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016. The control group was treated with Aker clasp retainable partial dentures,while the observation group was treated with modified cold-bending clasp retainable partial dentures. The satisfaction degree and functional index of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The comfort level,chewing function,aesthetics,fixation stability and food Mosaic scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of burnt cakes,apples and nuts of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group and the control group after restoration,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The modified coldbending clasp removable partial dentures can repair the distal free loss in the elderly with good aesthetic appearance and high comfort,which can reduce the occurrence of base teeth looseness,improve the patient’s chewing skills,and have high patient satisfaction.更多还原
