【摘要】 文章系统地分析了高校科学数据管理服务中的利益相关者及其不同的利益诉求,运用合作博弈理论对利益相关者之间的关系进行深入与动态地研究,指出合作更有利于提高利益相关者的投入收益,提出"加强合作顶层设计、构建协调合作网络、培育开放共享文化、制定合作质量评价体系"四位一体的合作服务路径,以期为我国高校实施和推进科学数据管理服务提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper makes a systematic analysis of the stakeholders and their different interest demands in the scientific data management service of colleges and universities, and makes an in-depth and dynamic study of the relationship between stakeholders with the cooperative game theory. The author argues that cooperation is more conducive to improving the input income of stakeholders, and puts forward the idea of the four-in-one cooperative service paths, "strengthening the top-level design and structure of cooperation, building a coordinated cooperation network, cultivating an open and shared culture and formulating a cooperative quality evaluation system". This study provides references for the implementation and promotion of scientific data management services in China’s universities.更多还原
