Eu2+和Dy3+共掺CaxSr2-xSiO4硅酸盐固溶体发光性质探究(英文)
Structural and Luminescent Spectroscopic Properties of Solid-solution Phosphor CaxSr2-xSiO4:Eu2+,Dy3+
【摘要】 稀土发光材料和固溶体发光材料受到人们的广泛关注,稀土固溶体发光材料本身的结构特性在一定程度上能够影响和决定它的发光特性,而发光特性又直接关系到材料的性能和使用前景.因此,本论文的主要工作是通过改变固溶体发光材料CaxSr2-xSiO4:0.01Eu2+,0.01Dy3+固溶离子Ca和Sr的比例浓度来实现对固溶体发光材料基质结构的调节,测得了不同固溶比例下的样品的激发光谱和部分发射光谱以及热释光谱,并对这些实验结果进行分析.
【Abstract】 A series of divalent europium(Eu2+)ions and trivalent dysprosium(Dy3+)ions co-doped solid-solution CaxSr2-xSiO4(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2,1.4,1.6,1.8,2.0)phosphors were synthesized by solid-state reaction and their luminescent spectroscopic properties were investigated.Photoluminescence emission spectra of CaxSr2-xSiO4:0.01 Eu2+,0.01 Dy3+ phosphor was changed by increasing the proportion of Ca2+ ions.Two emission bands originated from the 5 d-4 ftransition of Eu2+ ion occupying two different cation sites in the CaxSr2-xSiO4 host lattice were observed under ultraviolet excitation when x≥1.2.The red-shift of emission peaks with different Ca2+ and Sr2+ concentrations was observed when 0<x<1.The maximum integrated luminescence intensity was observed for the CaxSr2-xSiO4:0.01 Eu2+,0.01 Dy3+(x=1.0)phosphor under 365 nm excitation.Also this study outlines a novel approach to the synthes is of an efficient yellow-green emitting CaxSr2-xSiO4:0.01 Eu2+,0.01 Dy3+ phosphor.
