基于单片机及温控PID探究水的蒸发速率

【摘要】 针对室内蒸发环境,尝试使用温控PID实验仪、单片机,设计一套测量水蒸发速率的实验装置,并利用这套装置测量实验室环境下水的蒸发速率。其次使用所得到的蒸发速率数据和环境参数拟合本实验环境下的蒸发速率公式,同时讨论其合理性以及各环境参数对水蒸发速率的影响。实验结果表明,实验装置能够较为准确的测量水的蒸发速率,拟合得到的公式修正了室内蒸发环境下水蒸发速率的计算,对水蒸发速率的研究有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Based on Micro-controller technology,we designed and fabricated a water evaporation rate measurement system which was made of Micro-controller,PID temperature controller and other devices.This system was built to measure the evaporation rate of water in an enclosed environment.We tested it by measuring the water evaporation rate of a cylinder in laboratory.In addition,we built a function to calculate water evaporation rate based on the data gained from this system and compared the results with other research.This system could also be used as the demonstration of major factors which influence the evaporation rate of water.
