空气循环制冷机的有用能分析及优化
Exergy analysis and optimization of an air-cycle refrigeration
【摘要】 对一种空气制冷循环流程进行了计算分析,发现透平膨胀机的效率对系统制冷系数影响最大。结合实验数据,对相应的空气制冷机进行了有用能分析,找出了造成有用能损失的主要部件,损失最大发生在增压式透平膨胀机处,其有用能损失占总损失的44.5%,并提出了相应的优化措施。
【Abstract】 An air-cycle refrigeration is calculated and analyzed, It is found that the efficiency of turbomachinery has the greatest influence on the refrigeration coefficient of the system. Exergy analysis of this air-cycle refrigeration is carried out on the basis of experiment to find out the main components that cause the loss of exergy. The greatest loss occurs at the expanders-compressors unit, it accounted for 44.5% of the total loss. And the optimization measures are proposed.
