【摘要】 应急管理部成立以来,中国地震局应急指挥中心采用矩阵转发技术实现全国地震应急视频会议系统与应急管理部视频会议系统跨网段互联互通。本文通过介绍融合视频会议系统应用现状,设计应用电视墙服务器技术,突破多层级跨网段MCU视频组会混码流转发的局限,丰富矩阵转发技术的拓展应用,为类似的应用场景中提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the establishment of the Emergency Management Department,the Emergency Command Center of China Earthquake Administration has used matrix forwarding technology to realize the integration and interconnection of the national earthquake emergency video conference system and the Emergency Management Department video conference system. By introducing the application status of Fusion Video Conference System,this paper designs and applies the technology of TV Wall Server,breaks through the limitation of mixed stream forwarding of multi-layer and cross-segment MCU video group,enriches the development and application of matrix forwarding technology,and provides reference for similar application scenarios.更多还原
