APU用推挽正激变换器的研究

【摘要】 给出了一种用于辅助动力装置APU的DC/DC变换器方案:推挽正激变换器,并介绍了变换器的工作原理。根据APU中直流启动发电系统对启动过程的要求,设计了推挽正激变换器输出电压的参考波形。针对变压器漏感能量在开关管上产生电压尖峰的问题,对变压器原、副边绕组的绕制方式进行了优化,提高了变换器的可靠性以及效率。采用四路推挽正激变换器交错并联形式,最后以一台12 k W、24 V/120 V的原理样机验证了理论分析的正确性。

【Abstract】 A DC/DC converter scheme was presented for the auxiliary power unit( APU) : push-pull forward converter( PPFC) and its working principle was introduced. According to the requirement of the power generation system with DC start in the APU upon the starting process,reference waveforms were designed for the output voltage of PPFC. With respect to voltage spikes generated by transformer leakage inductance energy on the switching tube,the winding methods for the primary and secondary transformer windings were optimized to improve the reliability and efficiency of the converter. In the form of a four-channel interleaved PPFC,a 12 k W,24 V/120 V prototype verified the validity of the theoretical analysis.
