光耦在高铁变电所的应用及故障影响
Application and Fault Effect of Photocoupler in High Speed Railway Substation
【摘要】 高铁变电所中使用了大量的光耦,光耦故障会对高铁供电系统安全造成威胁,其故障使高压开关设备位置信号不正确,监控后台和调度将无法控制开关设备。部分光耦故障还会造成备用电源自动投入装置错误识别工作条件,导致进线失压故障或主变故障时,无法完成自投功能。建议及时处置与开关设备位置相关的光耦故障,测控装置自投方式设置为故障时倒直列运行方式,提高光耦工作稳定性和可靠性,以及增加光耦损坏告警信号等措施,保证高铁安全运行。
【Abstract】 A large number of photocouplers are used in high speed railway substations.The fault of the photocoupler will threaten the safety of the traction power supply system of high speed railway.The fault makes the position signal incorrect of the high voltage switchgear,The switchgear will not be controlled in the substation monitoring computer and dispatch center.Some photocoupler faults also cause the Automatic bus changeover equipment to misrecognize working conditions,resulting in failure to complete the auto throw function when the incoming line is out of voltage or the main transformer fault.Suggested that the fault of photocoupler which is related to the position of the switch equipment should be disposed in time.The self casting mode of the measurement and control device is set to a straight line running mode when the fault occur,so as to improve the stability and reliability of the photocoupler,add the alarm signal as the optocoupler is damaged and other measures,guarantee the safe operation of the high speed railway.
