【Abstract】 This paper introduces the role of ’"We-assistant" in classroom teaching. We introduced "We-assistant" to the flipped classroom under the guidance of "student-centered" education concept and explain the details to implement flipped classroom as well as several key points that should be paid attention when implementing the teaching of the flipped classroom.
