永磁同步电机双模糊矢量控制系统研究
Research of PMSM Field Orientated Control System Using Dual-fuzzy Controllers
【摘要】 永磁同步电机(PMSM)目前具有广泛的应用领域,而其非线性和强耦合性的特点使得利用传统的PID控制方法难以进行精确控制。在建立电机矢量控制(FOC)系统数学模型的基础上,采用双环模糊控制器,将基于Mamdani法的模糊PID控制器同时应用在速度环和电流环上,进而搭建出基于矢量控制策略的永磁同步电机调速系统。实验运行结果表明,此矢量控制系统调速范围宽,同时具有快速跟随性和较好的抗扰动能力,为研究实现PMSM的快速精准控制提供了参考。
【Abstract】 The permanent magnetic synchronous motor(PMSM)is widely used in many application scenarios,and its characters,such as nonlinear and strong-coupling,make it difficult to use the traditional PID strategy to control the speed precisely. Based on the mathematical model of the motor′s field orientated control(FOC)system,the dual fuzzy controllers using Mamdani algorithm were applied on both speed loop and the current loop of the PMSM FOC system.The results show that this FOC system has a wider speed range,higher servo performance and stronger robustness,which provide the theoretical proof to implement the fast and accurate speed control.
