基于电压注入法的电动汽车绝缘电阻在线检测

【摘要】 针对现有的绝缘电阻检测方法无法检测交流侧绝缘电阻的问题,提出一种基于注入电压法的绝缘电阻在线检测方法。该方法在建立整车系统直流侧和交流侧绝缘电阻模型的基础上,设计了绝缘电阻检测的电路。通过向整车高压系统和车辆底盘之间注入方波调制电压,分别测得方波高、低电平下采样电阻的电压,从而推导出整车系统直流侧和交流侧绝缘电阻并联值的大小。通过仿真和实验验证该方法的正确性。

【Abstract】 In view of the problem that the existing insulation resistance detection method cannot detect AC side insulation resistance,a new online method of insulation resistance detection based on the voltage injection was put forward. On the basis of the established insulation resistance model for both AC and DC system of the vehicle,the circuit of insulation resistance detection was designed. To achieve the measurement of the insulation resistance,a square modulation voltage was injected between high voltage system and vehicle chassis,the voltage of the sampling resistance at the high and low level of the square wave was measured respectively. Simulation and experiment verify the correctness of the proposed method.
