电动车用直流无刷电机不同永磁结构对比分析

【摘要】 为了提升微型纯电动汽车驱动用无刷直流(BLDC)电机的输出转矩并降低其损耗,对不同永磁结构与充磁方式的BLDC电机进行对比分析。首先,通过测量微型试验车辆的基础参数,对BLDC电机进行功率和转速匹配。其次,在控制永磁体用量的基础上分别确定2种永磁结构的具体结构参数,并对2种具有不同充磁方向永磁体结构进行了具体的分析,以选取最为合适的永磁体形状及充磁方式。最后,基于有限元分析方法,对比分析了平行充磁和径向充磁2种结构BLDC电机的基本电磁性能。有限元分析显示前者输出转矩比后者高3%,转矩脉动低28%,损耗低5%,验证了理论分析的有效性。结果表明,在表贴式BLDC电机在永磁体用量一定的条件下采用平行充磁的永磁结构性能更加出色。

【Abstract】 In order to enhance the output torque and reduce the loss of the brushless DC(BLDC)motor which is designed for a micro battery electric vehicle,BLDC motors with permanent magnets(PMs)which have different structures and methods of magnetization were comparative analyzed. Firstly,the basic parameters of the micro test vehicle were measured to calculate the basic design parameters of the BLDC motor. Secondly,the PMs parameters of two different structures were determined based on the usage of the PM material. Then,two structures of PMs with different methods of magnetization were analyzed in detail to select the better PM structure and magnetization method.Finally,the finite element analysis(FEA)method was used to simulate and analyze the BLDC motor. The results show that the output torque of the motor with parallel magnetizing is 3% higher than that of motor with radial magnetizing,the torque ripple is 28% lower and the core loss is 5% lower,which verify the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.The results show that the performance of the BLDC motor with parallel magnetization is better in the condition of the constant volume of PM material.
