时间间隔测量仪的动态校准技术
Dynamic Calibration Technology of Time Interval Measuring Instrument
【摘要】 研究了时间间隔测量仪的动态校准技术。采用了自校准技术的时间间隔测量仪能实时探测外部环境因素及系统老化等对测量精度的影响,在环境因素变化时能够实时生成校准数据用于校准。相关实验表明,该技术能将环境变化及系统老化等因素对测量系统的影响降低到10ps量级,为高精度时间间隔测量仪的设计提供技术支撑。
【Abstract】 In the paper,the dynamic calibration technology of time interval measuring instrument is studied.The time interval measuring instrument with self-calibration technology can detect the influence of external environmental factors and system aging on the measurement accuracy in real time.When the environmental factors change,the calibration data can be generated in real time for calibration.The related experiments show that the technology can reduce the influence of environmental change and system aging on the measurement system to the order of ten picoseconds,and provide technical support for the design of high-precision time interval measuring instrument.
