高职院校产教融合的内在矛盾和破解机制研究

【摘要】 产教融合理念其基本要求是将人才供需融合、人才培养融合、社会服务融合和文化育人融合,实现教育链、人才链、创新链和产业链的贯通融合,提高人才培养质量。从现有的产教融合内外部支持体系来看,还存在来自发展环境和保障管理机制等动力弱化方面的问题,需要针对产教融合面临的困境进行分析,提出了解决对策,共同推动教育与产业协同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The basic requirements of the integration of industry and education are the integration of supply and demand of talents, the integration of talent cultivation, social services and cultural education, so as to realize the integration of education chain, talent chain, innovation chain and industrial chain and improve the quality of talent cultivation. From the perspective of the existing internal and external support system for the integration of industry and education, there are still problems from the weakening of development environment and guarantee management mechanism and other driving forces.
