异步教学组织形式多维立体构建研究与实践

【摘要】 针对高职院校发展与人才培养中的问题,基于职业教育理论研究,我们构建和实施了基于产教融合的异步教学组织形式。在软件技术专业群实施异步教学组织形式的教学模式,校企合作,按学生兴趣组建产教融合项目班,采用校企联合项目案例,追踪真实项目开发流程规范,校企联合师资、案例、项目、场地设备等资源,构建多维立体教学实践空间,人才培养过程动态管理和跟踪反馈,校企双赢,学生职业能力对接企业岗位,企业订单式培养所需人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the problems in the development and talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges, based on the theoretical research of vocational education, we construct and implement the asynchronous teaching organization form based on the integration of industry and education.
