高职院校教育中现代学徒制的推进路径探讨

【摘要】 现代职业教育发展中,高职院校中广泛使用的现代学徒制不断被予以认可及重视,主要用以满足相关教学的基本需要,为校内学生提供更为广阔的实践平台与操作空间。基于现代学徒制的推进价值,为进一步优化高职院校的教育管理条件,有必要就该制度的建立进行深入的分析研究。在现有教育基础上,高职院校依旧需要不断立足国内的现状,不断借鉴外国的先进经验,高度整合现代学徒制的推行条件,制定统一的战略方针。现以此为方向,针对现代学徒制在高职院校教育中的推行路径提出以下见解,仅供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the development of modern vocational education, the modern apprenticeship system widely used in higher vocational colleges is constantly recognized and valued, mainly to meet the basic needs of related teaching, and to provide a broader practical platform and operation space for students within the school. Based on the promotion value of modern apprenticeship system, in order to further optimize the educational management conditions of higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to carry out in-depth analysis and research on the establishment of this system. On the basis of the existing education,higher vocational colleges still need to constantly base themselves on the domestic situation, constantly learn from foreign advanced experience, highly integrate the conditions of modern apprenticeship, and formulate a unified strategic policy.
