基于BP神经网络的水果识别研究
Fruit recognition based on BP neural network
【摘要】 本文介绍了一种基于BP神经网络的水果识别方法。随着模式识别技术不断的发展,图像识别作为最具代表性的应用,受到了众多学者的关注,尤其是在图像快速识别方面。为了解决传统水果图像分类识别算法人工提取特征的缺陷,将经过训练的BP神经网络应用在水果的识别中。本实验使用数字图像处理的方法,首先对采集到的图像进行预处理,并针对多种水果混合的图像进行提取和识别。实验表明,基于BP神经网络的水果识别方法能够获得很高的识别率,能够有效地将同一幅图像中的不同水果识别出来。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a fruit recognition method based on BP neural network. With the continuous development of pattern recognition technology,image recognition,as the most representative application,has attracted the attention of many scholars,especially in the aspect of rapid image recognition. In order to solve the defect of traditional fruit image classification and recognition algorithm in artificial feature extraction,the trained BP neural network is applied in fruit recognition. In this experiment,digital image processing method is used. Firstly,the collected images are preprocessed,and the images mixed with various fruits are extracted and identified. The experiment shows that the method based on BP neural network can achieve high correct recognition rate and effectively identify different fruits in the same image.
