基于Workbench的盘式磁力耦合器的温度场分析
Study of Temperature Field of Disk Type Magnetic Coupler based on Workbench
【摘要】 利用Ansys Workbench软件对盘式磁力耦合器进行三维建模和温度场有限元分析,结果表明:当气隙长度为5 mm,转差在300 r/min的工况下永磁体的最高温度达到232℃.在气隙长度不小于17 mm,转差在300 r/min以内的工况下盘式磁力耦合器的工作温度在100℃以下,其工作性能稳定,不会发生退磁现象.
【Abstract】 Three-dimensional modeling of disk type magnetic coupler and finite element analysis of temperature field are carried out by using Ansys Workbench software.The results show that the maximum temperature of the permanent magnet reaches 232 degrees centigrade when the air gap length is 5 mm and the rotation difference is 300 rpm.The working temperature of the disk type magnetic coupler is below 100 degrees centigrade under the condition that the air gap is not less than 17 mm,and the slip is within 300 rpm.Its performance is stable,and demagnetization will not occur.
