全局最优策略下交通线路建设物流设施点布局设计

【摘要】 公路、铁路、水路等交通线路项目建设过程中,物料需求是沿拟建线路呈线状动态分布的.此类建设项目一般建设周期长,覆盖距离长,建设过程涉及海量物料供给,产生巨大的物流费用,需要沿线合理布局物流设施点,并对其进行内部规划设计.本文针对交通线路建设项目的线状需求,采用全局最优策略,对多设施顺序选址分配问题进行系统建模与算法求解.在建立设施选址分配模型基础上,本文设计了基于Voronoi图的"交替定位—分配"改进算法进行求解,最后通过算例对该策略进行验证.研究结果对实际交通建设工程项目具有理论参考价值和行业导向意义.

【Abstract】 During the construction of highways,railways,waterways,and other transportation projects,the construction materials are distributed dynamically along the proposed route. Such construction projects generally have a long construction cycle,cover a long distance,and the construction process involves a large amount of material supply,resulting in huge logistics costs,which requires the rational layout of logistics nodes along the route,and its internal planning and design. In this paper,the linear demand of transportation construction projects is focused,and a global optimal strategy is adopted to model and solve the sequential location allocation problem of multi-facilities. Based on the establishment of facility location allocation model,this paper designs an improved "alternating location-allocation " algorithm based on the Voronoi diagram to solve the problem. Finally,an example is given to verify the strategy.The research results have some theoretical reference value and industry-oriented significance for actual traffic construction projects.
