无轴轮缘推进电机混合偏心故障仿真
Simulation of mixed eccentricity fault of shaftless rim propulsion motor
【摘要】 以无轴轮缘推进器中5kW永磁同步电机为研究对象,通过Maxwell仿真软件设置不同程度及种类的偏心故障,研究电机气隙磁密、电磁转矩以及绕组电流等参数的变化,对电流进行傅里叶分析,并与静态偏心和动态偏心故障对比,提取相应的故障特征,旨在为无轴轮缘推进电机转子混合偏心故障诊断提供参考依据.
【Abstract】 Taking the 5 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor in shaftless rim thruster as study object, the Maxwell simulation software was used to set up different degrees and types of eccentric faults to study the variation of parameters such as motor air gap flux density, electr-omagnetic torque and winding current. Fourier analysis of current was carried out, and the corresponding fault features were extracted by comparing with static eccentricity and dynamic eccentricity faults, which can provide a reference for the fault diagnosis of hybrid eccentricity rotor of shaftless rim propulsion motor.
