高功率密度无线电能传输系统设计
Research on High Power Density Wireless Power Transmission System
【摘要】 较大功率的无线电能传输(WPT)装置通常体积较大,限制了其在特定领域的应用。为此,这里提出一种高功率密度WPT装置设计方法。首先,建立磁耦合谐振系统的互感模型,以便确定该设计的补偿方案。接着,借助于Maxwell软件,以提高装置的功率密度为目标,对磁芯形状、线圈线径、绕线位置等方面进行了具体的设计。然后,利用Matlab软件进行仿真,结果表明所设计的高功率密度装置满足系统指标。最后,搭建实验样机证明了理论分析和方案设计的正确性及有效性。
【Abstract】 Larger power wireless power transmission(WPT) devices are typically bulky,limiting their use in specific fields.To this end,a design method is proposed for high power density WPT devices.First,the mutual inductance model of the magnetically coupled resonant system is established to determine the compensation scheme of the design.Then,with the help of Maxwell software,the core shape,coil wire diameter,winding position and other aspects are specifically designed to improve the power density of the devices.Then,the system is simulated by Matlab software.The simulation results show that the designed high power density devices meet the system specifications.Finally,the experimental prototype is built to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis and scheme design.
