脉冲激光器电流的准确测量
Accurate Measurement of Pulsed Laser Current
【摘要】 针对脉冲电流峰值保持电路测量准连续激光二极管驱动源输出脉冲电流幅度存在脉冲过冲及其时间参数调节带来的幅值测量误差问题,设计以脉冲前沿为参考,在脉冲宽度范围内,选择一个时间点,通过A/D变换器直接测量读取脉冲幅度值的方案,使脉冲幅度测量误差仅取决于脉冲电流/电压取样值的准确度和A/D变换器的位数,实现300 A大功率准连续激光二极管驱动电源研制中电流检测准确度不大于0.5%的技术要求。
【Abstract】 With the pulse front-edge as the reference, it is delayed for a period of time in the range of pulse width,and then the corresponding pulse amplitude is measured by A/D converter, the pulse amplitude value is directly obtained.This method solved the measurement error brought by the overshoot, low repeated frequency of the peak voltage holding method when measuring pulse amplitude.The pulse amplitude measurement error is only determined by the bit of A/D converter and the accuracy of the sensor of pulse current/voltage.To achieve the technical requirements of current detection accuracy of less than 0.5% in the development of 300 A high-power quasi-continuous laser diode drive power supply.
