动态无线充电的软开关及控制策略研究

【摘要】 电动汽车动态无线充电技术,即在行驶路面间隔铺设一系列能量发射线圈,在电动汽车上安装能量接收线圈,对行驶中的汽车持续充电,从而增加电动汽车的续航里程。逆变器的软开关技术能够很大程度上减小系统损耗,对于动态无线充电系统而言,耦合系数的动态变化和次级后级DC/DC变换器均会对逆变器开关管的工作状态造成影响。分析了系统工作原理和逆变器软开关的实现条件。通过在次级后级DC/DC变换器采用双闭环控制策略,在提高动态无线充电系统输出功率和传输效率的基础上,保证初级逆变器工作于软开关状态。搭建了动态无线充电系统实物平台,验证了动态无线充电系统中的软开关及高输出功率和传输效率的特性。

【Abstract】 Electric vehicle dynamic wireless charging technology which install energy transmission coil in the electric car and lay a number of energy emission coil between the driving pavement can realizes dynamic continuous charging of the car in driving to improve the mileage of electric vehicles.Soft switching technology of inverter can greatly reduce the system loss, dynamic wireless charging system, for dynamic wireless charging system, the dynamic changes of the coupling coefficient and DC/DC converters in the secondary will affect the working status of the switch of the inverter.The working principle of the system and the soft switching conditions of inverter are analyzed.By adopting a double closed-loop control strategy on the secondary-side DC/DC converter, the output power and transmission efficiency of the dynamic wireless charging system are improved and the primary-side inverter is guaranteed to work in the soft switching state.An experiment platform of dynamic wireless charging system is established, the realization of the soft switching in the dynamic wireless charging system and the high output power and high transmission efficiency of the system are verified.
