线间潮流控制器分步选址与多目标优化定容
Step-by-step Site Selection and Multi-objective Optimal Capacity of Interline Power Flow Controller
【摘要】 线间潮流控制器(IPFC)作为一种新颖的柔性交流输电装置(FACTS),不仅有着和统一潮流控制器(UPFC)一样直接控制目标线路潮流的能力,还能够实现不同线路之间功率的定向、定量交互,均衡输电通道潮流,缓解电力系统输电压力。为了最大化IPFC潮流调节能力,其选址及定容的工作是亟待解决的问题。然而,已有文献在对IPFC选址定容的研究中大多基于灵敏度或者智能算法优化的方法,无法根据实际工程需要将IPFC安装于系统最薄弱的输电线路。基于此,首先提出了一种基于静态安全裕度约束的IPFC两阶段分步选址方法;在此基础之上,综合IPFC安装容量的经济性指标与静态安全裕度的安全性指标,提出一种兼顾经济性与安全性的IPFC多目标优化定容策略。仿真算例验证了所提方法的有效性与准确性。
【Abstract】 IPFC as a novel FACTS device,not only has the same the ability to directly control the flow of the target line as UPFC,but also realizes the orientation and quantitative interaction of power between different lines,balances the power flow of the transmission channel as well as and alleviates the power transmission voltage of the power system. For maximizing power flow adjustment capability,of the IPFC,its such work as site selection and capacity is an urgent issue to be solved. However,during the study of site selection and capacity of IPEC,the existing literature is mostly based on the method of sensitivity or intelligent algorithm optimization,which has no way to IPEC on the weakest transmission line as per the actual need of the project. Based on this,a two-stage step-by-step site selection method based on the integrated safety index of the line is proposed and,on this basis,themultiple target optimization capacity strategy of IPFC considering economy and safety is proposed with integrating safety performance of economic performance and safety margin of the installation capacity of IPFC. The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposedmethodareverifiedbythesimulationandcalculationexample.
