锻钢活塞异型销孔电解成形仿真研究

【摘要】 基于电解成形加工的原理,提出了一种采用阵列式多段阴极电解加工锻钢活塞异型销孔的方法。首先,根据理论计算出每段电极上所需施加的参数,通过改变施加在每个电极上的电压或电流,实现对加工形状的控制;其次,运用COMSOL多物理场耦合软件进行仿真模拟,得出了最佳加工间隙;最后,针对加工过程中由于电场交叉分布造成的目标加工曲线两端出现直线段的情况,在两端额外增加一段电极,利用多电场耦合效应营造相同电场环境,从而达到所需轮廓要求。参数调整后,仿真结果与目标曲线高度吻合,证明了该方法的实用性,为加工锻钢活塞异型销孔提供了新思路。

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of electrochemical machining,a new method for electrochemical machining of non-cylinder pin holes for forged steel piston using array multi-section cathodes is proposed. According to the theory,the application parameters required on each electrode were calculated,and the voltage or current applied to each electrode is changed to control the processing shape. The simulation experiment was carried out with COMSOL multi-physics coupling software,and the optimal machining gap was obtained. In view of the fact that a straight line segment appears at both sides of the target machining curve due to the electric field cross-distribution during the machining process,an additional electrode is added at both sides and the electric field environment of the same processing area is created by the multi-electric field coupling effect to achieve the same contour requirements. After parameter adjustment,the results of simulation are highly consistent with the target curve,which proves the practicability of the method and provides a new idea for the processing of special pin hole of piston.
