埋弧焊缝表面数字轮廓的激光视觉检测
Three-dimensional contour visual characterization of multi-layer multi-pass welds based on grid structure light
【摘要】 提出一种基于网格结构光的坡口及焊缝表面三维轮廓的视觉测量方法。搭建了一套以摄像机、激光器和调节机构为核心的视觉测量系统;采集埋弧平板堆焊、坡口对接焊缝轮廓上网格条纹视觉图像,进行轮廓几何形态变化与网格条纹畸变特征的相关性分析;采用开窗、阈值分割、细化、网格交叉等算法,提取到网格节点坐标;以节点云数据为基础,尝试了三种曲面重构方法。结果表明,基于视觉测量网格节点坐标获取焊缝表面数字轮廓的方法是可行的。
【Abstract】 A visual measurement method is proposed,which is the three-dimensional contour of the groove and weld surface based on the grid structure light. A visual measurement system is built with cameras,lasers,and adjustment mechanisms as core. The grid stripe visual images are collected from the weld profiles of submerged arc plate surfacing and groove butt joint. And the correlative relationship between the contour geometry change and the grid stripe distortion characteristic is analyzed. The coordinates of the grid nodes are extracted by using algorithms, such as window opening, threshold segmentation,refinement and grid cross. Three methods of surface reconstruction are tried based on the node point cloud data. The actual verification results show that it is feasible to obtain the digital contour of the weld surface based on the coordinates of the visual measurement grid nodes.
