CS P热轧双相钢DP600电阻点焊性能研究
Research on resistance spot weldability of CSP hot rolled DP600 dual phase steel
【摘要】 采用电阻点焊对CSP热轧DP600进行焊接试验,得到焊接工艺窗口,并研究了焊点的十字拉伸力、显微组织和显微硬度。结果表明:采用单相交流点焊工艺,焊接窗口从8.9~12.2 kA,焊缝组织为板条状马氏体组织。焊点直径和拉力值随焊接电流增加呈先增大后减小的趋势。点焊接头焊缝区显微硬度最高,随着焊接热输入的增加,焊缝区显微硬度呈下降趋势;热影响区无明显软化及硬化现象。
【Abstract】 The welding test of CSP hot rolled DP600 is carried out with resistance spot welding,relatively good welding parameters are obtained,and the cross tensile force,microstructure and microhardness of the welding spot are studied. The results show that adopting single phase AC spot welding technology, welding current is between 8.9 kA and 12.2 kA, the microstructure of weld is mainly lath martensite. The diameter and cross tensile force of welding spot firstly increase and then decrease as the welding current increase.The microhardness of the weld metal zone of the welded joint is the highest,and it decreases as the welding heat input increases.There was no obvious hardening or softening phenomenon in the heat affected zone.
