回顾性研究证明中国猪圆环病毒3型存在不同进化分支

【摘要】 为研究猪圆环病毒3型(PCV3)在我国的流行分布情况,以及对PCV3毒株的遗传进化进行分析,笔者利用PCR检测方法对2006年-2017年采集的猪组织和血清样本进行了PCV3检测,并进一步对全基因序列进行了扩增和测序,对基因序列和氨基酸序列进行比对分析并绘制遗传进化树。结果表明,PCV3在我国各地区猪场广泛存在并传播,且近期分离到的PCV3毒株与早期的PCV3分离株有明显差异,证明了PCV3病毒在不断进化。该研究结果揭示了PCV3的进化趋势,并提示迫切需要对PCV3进行更为广泛的流行病学监测和致病性评估。

【Abstract】 The objective of this study was to investigate the occurrence and polygenetic analysis of Porcine circovirus type 3(PCV3) in China. PCV3 virus was detected in pig tissue and blood samples collected from 2006 to 2017 via PCR detection method, complete genome of PCV3 was further amplified and sequenced, and the gene sequence and amino acid sequence were analyzed by phylogenetic tree. The result suggest that PCV3 was widely distributed and spread in pig farms in various regions of China. The PCV3 stain recently isolated was significantly different from the early PCV3 isolates, which suggested that PCV3 virus was undergoing continuous evolution. Our findings suggested the evolution of PCV3 and highlighted the need for extensive epidemiological surveillance and pathogenicity evaluation.
