石墨烯对海上风电叶片面漆及涂层体系性能的影响
Effect of graphene on performances of the topcoat and coating system for offshore wind turbine blade
【摘要】 考察了石墨烯用量对聚氨酯体系的海上风电叶片面漆及其与环氧改性聚氨酯底漆一起构成的涂层体系性能的影响。结果表明,随着石墨烯用量增加,面漆涂层的耐磨性先提高后降低,光泽则降低,柔韧性、耐冲击性和干燥时间受到的影响不大。对于底、面漆都含有相同的量的石墨烯的涂层体系,随石墨烯用量的增大,结合强度呈现先增加后减小的趋势,钢板的耐盐雾性能得到增强,但耐湿热性、耐人工老化、耐介质等性能受到的影响不大。石墨烯的添加量为0.50%时较为合理。
【Abstract】 The effect of graphene amount on the performances of a polyurethane topcoat and the coating system based on it and an epoxy-modified polyurethane primer for offshore wind turbine blade was studied. The results showed that, with the increasing of graphene amount, the wear resistance of topcoat was increased initially and then decreased, while the glossiness was decreased, and the flexibility, impact resistance, and drying time were unaffected. For the coating system having the same amount of graphene in primer and topcoat, the increase of graphene amount made the adhesion strength increase initially and then decrease, improved the salt spray resistance for steel substrate, but slight affected the resistant to damp heat, artificial aging, and solvent. The amount of graphene was determined reasonably to be 0.50%.
