教育信息化2.0背景下的教育资源治理:理念与路径
Education resources governance in the age of Education Informationization 2.0:ideas and paths
【摘要】 构建教育大资源服务是我国教育信息化2.0中的一项重要任务。这项任务面临着方方面面的难题,其中核心的问题是教育资源的大规模共享和优质服务。解决这些难题需要以新的思维重新审视和设计教育资源的创作、描述、存储、发布、传播、应用和增值等环节。为了叙述方便,本文将这些环节用"教育资源治理"一词来概括。本文分析传统教育资源治理技术和模式的演化,指出在教育信息化2.0时代教育资源共享和服务所面临的问题,进而提出在教育信息化2.0背景下教育资源治理的新思路和新理念。基于此思路和理念,设计以Web为开放平台,整合Web浏览器插件、人工智能、网构软件思想、基于区块链的去中心化身份认证等核心技术的新型教育资源治理模式。文章最后给出了三个独立的原型实践,验证了相关技术思路,为未来整合形成完备的新型教育资源治理生态提供了基础。
【Abstract】 Building quality education resources and promoting large-scale sharing of these resources are among the key tasks of education informationization 2.0, requiring re-examining and re-designing the governance aspects of authoring, description, storage, publication, dissemination, application and appreciation of the resources. This study analyzes the conventional governance of education resources, which faces new problems and new challenges in the age of education informationization 2.0, requiring upgraded approaches and measures. A new mode of education resources governance is proposed, integrating key technologies in open web platform, web browser plug-in, artificial intelligence, internetware, blockchain-supported decentralized identity authentication, etc., and three independent prototypes are experimented, verifying the relevant technical ideas and providing a basis for future integration.
