镁合金淡黄色微弧氧化膜的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 在镁合金表面制备了淡黄色微弧氧化膜,并对其耐蚀性进行了研究。结果表明:与镁合金基体相比,微弧氧化膜的点滴时间更长,自腐蚀电位更正,自腐蚀电流密度更小。这说明经过微弧氧化处理后镁合金的耐蚀性明显提高。微弧氧化膜表面平整、均匀,结合力较好。XRD分析结果显示,微弧氧化膜的组成主要为MgO、Mg2SiO4和Mg。

【Abstract】 The light-yellow micro-arc oxidation coating was prepared on magnesium alloy, and its corrosion resistance was studied. The results showed that compared with magnesium alloy substrate, the dropping time of micro-arc oxidation coating was longer, the self-corrosion potential was higher and the self-corrosion current density was lower, which indicated that the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy after micro-arc oxidation treatment was significantly improved. The micro-arc oxidation coating was smooth and uniform, with good adhesion to the substrate. XRD analysis indicated that the micro-arc oxidation coating was mainly composed of MgO, Mg2SiO4 and Mg.
