【摘要】 18世纪工业革命以来,城市环境发生的巨大变化使人类对城市与生态关系的认识逐步深化,国际上越来越多的城市开始注重城市建设与自然环境的有机融合,绿色城市日益成为各国治理交通拥堵、环境污染、资源短缺等难题的科学框架。美国、欧洲、日本、新加坡等国家比较成功地从资源开发、道路交通、空间绿化、垃圾处理等方面进行了绿色城市建设,其各具特色的发展之路能够为有效解决我国城市面临的问题提供借鉴。改革开放后,我国在人口城镇化过程取得了显著成就。在进入大规模城市建设的重要时期,我国发展绿色城市有着广阔的前景,通过合理借鉴国外绿色城市发展的理念和路径,选择适合我国国情,体现中国特色的发展模式,有利于实现人民对美好生活的追求,推动人与自然的和谐共生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the Industrial Revolution of the 18 th century, the great changes in urban environment have deepened the understanding of the relationship between cities and ecology. More and more cities in the world have begun to pay attention to the organic integration of urban construction and natural environment. Green cities have increasingly become the scientific solution to the difficulties in dealing with traffic congestion, environmental pollution and resource shortage in various countries. The United States, Europe, Japan, Singapore and other countries have successfully constructed green cities from the aspects of resource development, road traffic, space greening and garbage disposal. Their distinctive development paths can provide references for effectively solving the problems faced by our cities. After the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in the process of population urbanization. In the important period of large-scale urban construction, China’s development of green cities has broad prospects. By reasonably drawing lessons from the ideas and paths of foreign green cities` development, we can choose a development model suitable for China’s national conditions and embodying Chinese characteristics, which is conducive to the realization of people’s pursuit of a better life and the promotion of harmony between human and nature.更多还原
