【Abstract】 Colorectal cancer is one of the most prevalent malignances worldwide and represents a significant burden to public health. Liver metastasis is the main cause of colorectal cancer-related death and its mechanism is still unknown. In this review,we follow the key steps of liver metastasis in colorectal cancer, analyze the related genes and signaling pathways that are involved in modulating these steps so as to provide theoretical foundation for and novel insightinto the treatment of liver metastasis in colorectal cancer.更多还原
